Answer: this problem is very good, and also encountered some resistance in this respect. Because BOPE has the best advantages of low temperature resistance, puncture resistance, pinhole resistance, so the initial development of this film, the first want to apply to seafood packaging. Seafood packaging is generally frozen from minus 18 to minus 25, or even minus 40. That is to say, heat sealing should open a relatively large distance between the temperature of the thermal sealing layer and the temperature of the skeleton layer, and the melting point of BOPE material will be around 125 C ~130 C. Therefore, the temperature should be selected with lower material and suitable for biaxial stretching. A lot has been tried, but some of the heat seal strength has been sacrificed, but if used in lightweight, this case should be successful. 50um BOPE haze can be around 5%.

Answer: Nylon surface and PE biaxial stretching has done a lot of research, there is a bigger difficulty, but it can also be solved, but the cost of solution is higher, BOPA raw material prices are lower, through the composite after the cost, than this co-extrusion biaxial stretching is even lower, so this piece is also It is difficult to apply. Kunshan Zhang Pu tried to use the multi-layer co extruded diaphragm for biaxial stretching.

Question eight: why is BOPE special material so expensive? Is the production cost high?

Answer: First, the quantity is small now. Second, Sinopec has a cost advantage over imported materials.

Question nine: what is the oxygen resistance of BOPE compared with that of PA? What is the ratio of PE to ordinary blown film?

Answer: The barrier of BOPE and PA is not comparable, on other properties can be compared to the United States PA, but the barrier of BOPE with CPE, IPE is not much different, slightly may improve a bit, but with PA is still not comparable, so in this respect can not replace the barrier of PA.

Question ten: what are the better BOPE raw materials and films in the world?
