The first article is about BOPE

Daishan County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the central part of Zhoushan Archipelago. The state encourages the construction of "green large petrochemical base" with the international advanced level of mixed ownership. Convenient transportation, next to the economically developed Yangtze River Delta. While the first phase of Zhejiang Petrochemical Project is about to become a reality, the fishermen in Daishan, a traditional fishing industry, are constantly reacting to the government. Many small island beaches have seen more and more plastic waste, which makes us eager to applaud the efficient green petrochemical base from the people in plastic packaging.

As we all know, Daishan County is located at the confluence of Hangzhou Bay and the East China Sea. It is connected with the Yangtze Estuary in the north. The garbage in the Yangtze River water naturally drifts into Zhoushan Islands. See Fig. 1. The garbage that Qian Tang flows to the sea will pass through the Zhoushan archipelago. Zhoushan Archipelago has always been the most famous and important fish farm in China. It is facing the invasion and attack of garbage including plastic from the Yangtze River and Qiantang River.

3. Plastics, as human beings use the earth's natural resources of oil (also known as crude oil) to create new materials of tremendous achievements, for human health, longevity, happiness and greatness, without plastics, we can not imagine the urbanization of life, our huge earth population how to survive and continue to be difficult to assume. The Yangtze River Delta region plastics industry agglomeration, resin synthesis, including plastic film processing plastic products play a decisive role in the country. Due to the underdevelopment of the national economy and the lack of awareness of the national garbage classification, it is very difficult to carry out the management of plastic waste classification and recycling in China, including the Yangtze River Delta, resulting in pollution everywhere, from land to mountains, from lakes, rivers to oceans, plastics are increasingly threatening the environment.

But plastic products and packaging are indispensable in all areas of our daily life, clothing (plastic same polymer materials), food (food preservation and packaging), living (plastic building materials), transportation (vehicles and other vehicles), pleasure (computers, toys, many entertainment activities), and many other aspects, all around. There is no substitute. See Figure 3

4. People throw plastic products everywhere after they are used up. They can not be properly controlled for recycling and disposal. As a result, synthetic materials such as plastics pose an increasing threat to the natural environment, because most plastics are stable and difficult to decompose under natural environment conditions, which will affect water sources, soil, marine life and so on. Damage to the marine environment. This phenomenon has been increasingly recognized by people. Today, the Chinese people are trying to recover the green mountains and waters, refused to import plastic waste from developed countries (recycling), resulting in the world's developed countries more waste treatment pressure panic. Our own land and territorial sea are also threatened by pollution. We are anxious about this.

In the design of plastic packaging for food and other necessities of human life and luxuries to meet the requirements of storage and transportation, one kind of plastic material can be competent, but also requires a variety of material combinations. In the plastic flexible packaging system, if we can use the same material instead of the current composite packaging of different materials, then the convenience of recycling greatly enhanced, such a homogeneous packaging bag will let the economic value of recycling highlighted. It is more convenient for recycling.

In order to promote the development of new materials, new technology and application and popularization of plastic film industry, it is necessary for plastic film people to stand up and make a loud appeal and devote themselves to make their contribution. Our plastic film manufacturing industry has used the extrusion double drawing process in the polyethylene film technology route, produced a strength far greater than the blowing film line of the film, that is, the strength of BOPE new material is far greater than the strength of blowing film PE, but the promotion and application of BOPE is still slow, the main reason is raw materials, film, printing composite production. The whole industry chain of bag packaging is not close enough, and the pressure is not urgent.
